Integrity Medical Billing was founded in 2014 with the desire to be more than just another billing company. Our founders saw the need for a better service that could customize to any office without ever compromising its effectiveness. We strive to truly live up to our name. To date, we have worked with dozens of providers, helping them to achieve their financial goals.
Most of our clients come to us after becoming frustrated with their current billing practice. Some have found that the promises made to them with an outsourced company were not upheld. Some realized their in-house staff had become insufficient for their practice size or had failed to stay up to speed with the ever-changing policies and procedures. For this reason, we go beyond the confines of a traditional billing company and offer training to front-end and back-end staff. All roles are important! We are frequently brought in to observe and identify processes that are lacking. When we identify weak or noncompliant areas, we are able to bring in the right people to solve the problem. Our clients glean from our knowledge of multiple EMR and PM systems which enables us to train staff on both sides of the office and help with everything from templates and documentation to scheduling and front-end collections.
